The Topolino III is an adaptor which lets you use PC PS/2 mice with the Amiga. It plugs into the Amiga's mouse port, converting it to a PS/2 port. Drivers are not strictly required, but if you wish to use more than two buttons or a mouse wheel then you need to install the supplied drivers.
