Kickstart ROM switcher which can hold up to 4 ROMs. The crocodile clips are probably (NOTE: THIS IS ONLY AN ASSUMPTION) used to connect to Pin 5 of the gary chip, with the other clips being clipped to other areas depending on how you want to switch ROMs. For more details, please see the Utilities Unlimited Kickstart switcher.
