Plugs into the CPU socket of the A1000. With a special adaptor called the K-Card, this accelerator can also be used in an A2000. To add RAM to this accelerator you had to purchase an additional RAM Expansion, which in most cases was necessary as only a minimal increase in speed was seen without it.
