Romulus attached to the HIghway

The Romulus is designed to be used with the Highway USB card and provides it with FlashROM (256K x 16 or 512k x 8) for holding the Poseidon USB stack. The FlashROM may also be used to hold Kickstart 4.0 when AmigaOS 4.0 is released.
