Connects to the internal IDE port of the A4000 and provides it with a SCSI II interface. It supports both external SCSI devices and internal devices. The unit connects to the internal IDE port of the A4000 via the J1 connector and includes a pass-thru for the IDE controller. IDE devices (up to two) are connected to the J2 connector. The device only supports up to 5 SCSI devices because the first two ID's (0 and 1) are actually reserved for the two IDE devices. This unit does not support auto-booting for the SCSI devices.
